Stuff I Like!

I got this a few weeks ago, and I’ve used it several times during migraines. My migraines feel very hot and burning sometimes, and the coolness really helps. It is a little too cold straight out of the freezer, so I would recommend letting it sit for 10 minutes.

I have found using SAM-e helps with the blues associated with chronic migraine. I like this particular brand.

I like taking this before bed, it has a calming effect.

Sometimes heating or cooling your neck and shoulders can help. I don’t have this exact one, but something similar.

Exercise is an important part of my routine and helps me have less migraines. I walk my dog 2 hours a day. Currently I’m using these shoes which are good if you have wide feet.

I also like to hike. These are the boots I use.

Sometimes just a good cup of tea helps migraines.

Bright light is migraine’s best friend. Fight it with these.
